All month long my new heart has been hiding on my home page. Today it appears for the first time, with its bit of ribbon embroidery. I made it with the idea that it would encourage people who are intimidated to try a little ribbon embroidery. It is so easy and so forgiving that there is almost nothing to the patterns I do with it. I love the colors and the dimension it brings to small parts like the center of this heart.
In the next few days, by a bit of modern magic, watch my home page to see what happens to my new heart, then click on ‘My New Heart’ to see the whole collection.

Change is in the air at Queendom Website. Callaway’s own website now features the designs for next year, so our Queenly Feature will go on hiatus. I will also say goodbye to my Callaway photos.
A Grand Gift has been up since Christmastime and that’s approaching a quarter of a year. My car won’t disappear forever, only for a while. Think of my jet rolled up in the Magic Carpet in my closet, think Linda’s Quilt, think my beautiful Grand Gift and what do you come up with? Ahhh, for another day.
So what are my plans? A new feature I would like to start soon, as soon as I have a chance. It is a feature offering small projects suitable for groups and guild chapters.
I have also long neglected collectables, as in linens and sewing tools, and I would like to spend some time on them.
Then in April a big big surprise is in the making. It will last for two weeks, in the last half of April. I will turn over all of Queendom Website to that special event and hope that you will enjoy it as much as I will.
We will have a busy spring this year and busy is always good.
All in the future. Meanwhile I hope you will enjoy my new little heart and MacSoph’s brand of Magic as March continues.

The decision is in: the heart I will stitch has Needlework Tools on it. I have posted the full results in Stitch Gay Ann Stash.
Now the next phase begins: what will I draw on a Needlework Tools Heart? I am hoping my Shining Needle Society class will help me decide.
For a list of the second tier, see Stitch Gay Ann Stash.
