it all will work out.

Look what Val, Sue and Kim did with the Mystery.

Above

A peek at some of the options for the corners and the spaces between the corners. You choose colors, you choose from the options for a Geometric unique to you.

Description of Mystery in St. Tropez, the Geometric

A Geometric that gives you a chance to be the Designer:

you choose your threads and colors,

you choose from the options for different corner designs

you choose from the options for different spaces between the corners,

and you will create a Geometric unique to you.

At its largest, the deisgn is 7.5" square on 18-mesh canvas 12" x 12".

The design includes three different corners each with three modifications: a ragged edge, an 8-sided edge and a square.

In addition there are three different designs for spaces between the corners.

The instructions for the Geometric a total of 42 pages long.

This includes the instructions, a Stitch Glossary,  a title page and a color copy of the center motif and its legs (see above) to get you started.

St. Tropez Ornaments

The two ornaments give you a chance to audition colors for the Geometric.

They are also a great chance to use up stash threads.

Description of the St. Tropez Ornaments

Two Ornaments

Larger Ornament is 3 5/8" on 18 mesh canvas 7" x 7".

Smaller Ornament is 2 7/8" on 18 mesh canvas 6" x 6"

There are fronts and also optional backs for each.

I made these to audition colors for the Mystery Geometric

but they turned out to be nice ways to use up leftover threads.

The instructions for both are a total of 30 pages long.

This includes the instructions for both ornaments, fronts and backs,, a Stitch Glossary,  a title page and a color copy of the fronts and backs.  The instructions include very simple finishing that takes about 15 minutes.

From Val

I love her Geometric and interesting ornament: she stitched the front twice and put the fronts together as one ornament.

From Sue

Clever Sue: she took the little flower design from the ornaments and used it in the space between the corners. You can see the little motif on the ornaments below.

From Kim

Red, white, blue and gold and Kim made a square. I love her choice for the space beteen the corners, it brings the whole piece together.

These three options demonstrate well how the Mystery changes according to the options you choose.
